Refund Eligibility
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your order was delivered, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Due to the nature of our food products and for sanitary reasons, we can only accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:
Unopened Bottles: We can only accept returns and issue refunds for unopened bottles with the seal perfectly intact.
Return Shipping Fee: If you wish to return an unopened bottle with the seal perfectly intact, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping fee.
Product Issues: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at gerdhealth@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective product
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your case promptly and work with you to provide a resolution.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product (for unopened bottles with intact seals), we will process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
